Life is a series of pleasant and unpleasant experiences. Suffering is inevitable in the journey of life. Despite being inherent to life’s experiences, suffering is often resisted. And rarely the upbringing and education teach us to comprehend the unpleasant situations well. Practicing mindfulness can help to deal with stress and suffering; it does need patience and practice though.
